xxxxxJoe's another member of the Milner brood, brother to Clint, Scott and Zachary. Born in 1981, he's the youngest of the bunch, and has a different mother. He grew up much like any other Milner - getting into mischief. He dropped out of high school in the 10th grade and started working down on the docks. Joe left town in '99, following in Zachary's footsteps by getting the hell out of Aleswich.
xxxxxDuring the years he was absent from Aleswich, Joe embraced his love for climbing. As climbing wasn't very profitable, and it was quite expensive, he supplemented his income with a little theft and trickery. As a climber, he was good - potential to be one of the best. But, as adventurous as he is, Joe tends to avoid the spotlight.
xxxxxJoe just recently learned of his brother Zachary's death and decided that it was time to make his way home for a visit.

- Tree House He lives in a tree house in the woods. Have you seen it in your wanderings?
- Building He likes to build things! Are you a carpenter? A mechanic? A craftsman of some sort? Will you teach him?
- Bartering Joe needs money. Want to buy something? "This isn't just /any/ penny, this penny was made from a meteor, touched by Elvis, and is always lucky! C'mon, you know you want it."
